Healthier Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

  • 3 cups peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¾ cup sesame seeds
  • ¾ cup sunflower seeds
  • 6 Tbsp dry milk
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • ¾ cup coconut, optional
  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast

Instructions

  • Mix together the peanut butter and honey
  • Stir in the remaining ingredients. Roll into balls using about 1 Tbsp for each
  • Refrigerate or freeze
