Grilled Steak and Endive Salad


  • flat iron steak
  • endive
  • feta cheese crumbled
  • kalamata olives
  • cherry or grape tomatoes halved
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Prepare the steak by rubbing salt and pepper on all of the surfaces, and let it sit at room temp for an hour
  • Cut the endive in half, coat with olive oil, salt and pepper
  • Halve the cherry tomatoes and olives, mix in bowl with the feta cheese, set aside
  • Grill the endive, cut side down, until the ends of the leaves are brown and crinkly
  • Grill the steak
  • Assemble and enjoy!
