Prepare the steak by rubbing salt and pepper on all of the surfaces, and let it sit at room temp for an hour
Cut the endive in half, coat with olive oil, salt and pepper
Halve the cherry tomatoes and olives, mix in bowl with the feta cheese, set aside
Grill the endive, cut side down, until the ends of the leaves are brown and crinkly
Grill the steak
Assemble and enjoy!
