Put all of the seasonings into a jar and shake
Slow-Cooker Shredded Beef
Add roast and beef broth (or water, if using) to slow-cooker
Sprinkle a thin layer of seasoning over the roast and add it to the slow-cooker, along with a cup or so beef broth (or water).
Let it cook 4-6 hours, with a little bit of water, or until beef is cooked through and shreds easily when removed.
When there is about 30 minutes left (the roast is fork-tender) shred it so the pieces are able to soak up the juices.
