Two-Bite Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownies (Vegan and Raw)


  • 1 cup + 2 Tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup oat flour
  • 3 Tbsp liquid sweetener of your choice (if using protein powder, increase the amount to 3 ½ or 4 Tbsp)
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract chopped (or ½ teaspoon vanilla)
  • pinch Himalayan salt


  • Combine all of the ingredients in the bowl of your food processor & process until a dough has formed. (~ 1-2 minutes)
  • (If the dough is too wet, add additional flour, 1 tsp at a time. If the dough is too dry, add additional honey, 1 tsp at a time).
  • Press the dough into a small pan lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate until firm (~ 30 min - 1 hour).
  • Cut the brownies into small squares or use a cookie cutter to cut out small shapes. Sprinkle organic powdered sugar or drizzle Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Fudge over the top. (optional)
