Strawberry Oat Breakfast Shake
Ingredients

strawberries

cup
rolled oats
(gluten-free if you’re avoiding gluten)

Tbsp
ground flax

cup
almond milk
1
Tbsp
maple syrup
(or any liquid sweetener of your choice)
½
tsp
lemon juice
zest from ¼ lemon
¼
tsp
ground cinnamon

tsp
unsweetened coconut flakes,
optional for garnish
Instructions
Add everything to your blender and blend until smooth
Alternately, add the oats to the blender first and grind them fine. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
