Mango Smoothie Breakfast Bowl


  • 1 ½ cups frozen mango chunks
  • cup plain yogurt (If you're avoiding dairy, goat's milk yogurt or coconut yogurt are delicious alternatives
  • ¼ - ⅓ cup almond milk
  • scoop of protein powder, optional
  • (f using fresh mango chunks, add a couple of ice cubes to the blender)

  • Topping Ideas
  • unsweetened coconut, toasted
  • 1 Tbsp sunflower seeds
  • diced pineapple


  • Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth
