Strawberry Basil Superfood Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup dried goji berries
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 Tbsp mashed avocado
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed is best)
  • 1 Tbsp packed minced fresh basil
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • sweetener, to taste

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  • Taste, and sweeten if desired.
