Raw Seeded Bars with Cacao Nibs


  • cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • cup hemp seeds
  • cup ground flax seeds
  • ¼ cup cacao nibs
  • ½ cup raisins (I really like ¼ cup raisins and ¼ cup cranberries)
  • 6 - 8 dates
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes
  • ¾ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 - 3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted, but not hot (if needed)


  • Combine all the dry ingredients in the food processor and grind.
  • Add raisins and dates and continue to process until the mix has combined (Add more dates and coconut oil if it's too dry)
  • Place onto a small pan, making sure the mixture is spread evenly.
  • Store in the fridge or freezer for an hour before cutting them into bars.
