Whole Wheat Greek Yogurt Pancakes


  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 7 tbsp whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract


  • Combine the Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla until creamy.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking soda, and salt
  • Mix the wet with the dry and stir until the batter is just combined. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Cook the pancakes as you would any other.
