Steam the Beet
Fill the bottom of a steamer with 2 inches of water.
While the water is coming to a boil, wash, and cut the beets into quarters.
Steam covered for 15 minutes. They're done when you can easily insert a fork or the tip of a knife into the beet.
Peel using a paper towel. Transfer to a bowl and let cool.
Add all of the ingredients to your blender and mix until smooth.
