Cacao + Raspberry Bliss Balls


  • 20 soft dried figs (~ 280 g)
  • 1 ¼ cup almonds
  • cup raw cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup black chia seeds
  • 1 cup Brazil nuts (or macadamia nuts)
  • 1 cup freeze-dried raspberries, crushed (optional)


  • To the bowl of your food processor, add the figs, almonds, cacao, vanilla, and chia seeds. Process 3-4 minutes, or until the mix comes together
  • Add the Brazil nuts and pulse until roughly chopped
  • Roll tablespoons of the mix into balls
  • Place the raspberries in a plastic bag, if using, and roll the balls in them to coat.
