Triple Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt (organic + low-sugar is best)
  • 1 cup nut milk (the original calls for water)
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 ½ cups blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in an upright blender and process until
    liquified.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, incorporate more nut milk as needed, slowly through the feed hole on the lid with the motor running.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy
