I've been flat on my back with the flu (or food poisoning) the past couple of days.
I'm writing this dispatch from bed with some cottage cheese .. and a smoothie beside me. I don't have a fever anymore .. and can make it a few steps without being dizzy .. so think (hope) things are finally looking up
