Looking for a Virtual Assistant

I'm thrilled to be on the lookout for a virtual assistant to help grow Veggies By Candlelight.  I'm looking for someone hardworking and like-minded with lots of ideas who's equally excited about bringing them to life.

Do you happen to know of anyone (maybe yourself?) who might be interested?  This is a paid position.

Here are the details:

Part-time position, between 10 and 20 hours a month (with the potential for more).  The role will be tailored to the person hired, depending on experience.

There could be any number of responsibilities including

Pinterest Management:  Curate and schedule new pins

Social Media Management:  Schedule Facebook posts, participate in Facebook share groups, Recipe round-up group submissions

Email Management:  Organize incoming email

Giveaway Management:  Organize and coordinate with other bloggers, give-away setup, contacting winners

Survey Management:  Create reader surveys and summarize the results

Website Management:  Update older posts with SEO, tag and category clean-up, create and update affiliate links

Editing:  Edit and proofread posts (old and new)

Content:  Brainstorm new content and research industry trends

Newsletters:  Create and send newsletters

Website Analytics:  Track analytics for the site and run reports

Content Submission:  Submit content to Foodgawker, TasteSpotting, etc

About the Ideal Candidate:

Reads Veggies By Candlelight

Fluent in the worlds of blogging and social media

Fluent in the world of healthy eating and lifestyle

Able to curate fresh content

An innate understanding of what really matters to readers and what's interesting

Detail-oriented and organized

Efficient and adept at meeting deadlines

Able to juggle many tasks simultaneously

Self-motived and eager to take an idea or task and run with it

 Curious, enthusiastic, efficient, hard-working and solution-oriented

Bonus:  Experience with WordPress and/or you have a personal blog
