We’re staying close to home

My husband returned this evening from a week of travel.  Certainly, we can manage while he’s away, but it sure is nice to have him here with us

For me, the week has been a bit topsy-turvy: full of deadlines and tasks that didn’t involve the internet, or my computer, or anything remotely keyboard related.  It’s a rarity, and it felt pretty ok: juggling real spinning in-person plates, rather than spinning emails or the latest happenings at work

Therefore this post is sponsored by very little sleep, a nice glass of bubbly, and a sweet kitty who’s a bit lost now that my office is on a different side of the house.  Around 10 pm he parks himself in the hallway outside the place I should be and sings us all a tune
