Ingredients
  • ΒΌ cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup greek yogurt (** or coconut yogurt for a vegan option)
  • 2 Tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp pomegranate seeds
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, add the pomegranate juice and chia seeds.
  2. Whisk until combined and refrigerate overnight
  3. Layer chia mixture with yogurt, and top with walnuts and pomegranate seeds
