Ingredients
  • Smoothie
  • 1½ cups frozen mango chunks
  • ⅓ cup plain yogurt (**If you're avoiding dairy .. goat's milk yogurt or coconut yogurt are delicious alternatives)
  • ¼ - ⅓ cup almond milk
  • A scoop of protein powder (**optional)
  • (** Note .. if using fresh mango chunks .. add a couple of ice cubes to the blender)
  • Topping Ideas
  • Unsweetened Coconut, toasted
  • 1 Tbsp sunflower seeds
  • Diced pineapple
Instructions
  1. Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth
